ChatLike is a digital SaaS service. Once a subscription or paid feature is activated, payments are final.

No refunds when

• A plan is activated or renewed.
• For partial subscription periods or unused time.
• You cancel (service stays active until the billing cycle ends).
• The account is suspended for terms violations (misleading, adult, spam, or illegal activity).

Technical issues

If our platform causes a technical problem, support will help resolve it — without financial refunds.
