Service
ChatLike is a SaaS platform to manage and automate customer conversations on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram.
Account
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for your password and all account activity.
- Do not share your account with unauthorized parties.
Permitted use
- Customer support and conversation automation.
- Messaging campaigns that comply with Meta policies and local laws.
Prohibited use (immediate suspension, no refund)
- Sexual content (sex): Do not publish, promote, or send pornography, sexually explicit images, videos, or text, nudity intended for sexual arousal, or offers or requests for sexual services. Any child sexual exploitation or related material is strictly prohibited. This does not prohibit non-pornographic health or educational information.
- Misleading contests and prizes: Do not advertise nonexistent prizes, falsely tell someone they have won, hide entry or collection fees, change winning rules after announcing a contest, or collect personal or payment details under the pretense of a fake prize. State eligibility, dates, winner-selection method, prize value, and any real fees before entry. Do not imply endorsement by Meta or another party without authorization.
- Fraud and impersonation: Do not use fake offers or payment links, deceptively request money, passwords, or verification codes, impersonate people, businesses, or public bodies, or make false claims about products, services, or financial returns.
- Unwanted messaging: Do not send bulk messages without appropriate recipient consent, continue messaging after an opt-out, or evade WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram limits and policies.
- Harmful or unlawful content: Do not threaten or incite violence or hatred, distribute malware or phishing links, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service for activities that breach applicable law or connected-platform policies.
- Service abuse: Do not hack the platform or other accounts, misuse APIs, or bypass technical safeguards or plan limits without authorization.
Subscription & payment
- Prices are as shown at signup.

Content ownership
You own your conversation content. You grant us a technical license to process it to operate the service only. See Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for continuous service. Downtime may occur for maintenance or due to Meta/OpenAI without compensation.
Suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts immediately for violations — no refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
